Roger at KKL in Luzern

Well, it sounded just great. I didn't even had to use my drummer's ear plugs, which I usually do at concerts because of the volume and loudness. It was a well balanced sound.
The hall was packed, we just got some of the last tickets and it was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. He played all his greats of course, "The Logical Song" (which nearly brought the house down), "Breakfast in America", "It's Raining Again" as the closing encore. My personal favorite, "In Jeopardy" (which I think is a fantastic song to be performed live). "Fool's Overture" was fantastic, another favorite of mine "If Everyone Was Listening" too. I very much liked "Death and the Zoo", always liked the more progressive things.
"School", "Give a Little Bit", "The Awakening", "Lovers in the Wind", "Dreamer" and "Soapbox Opera", "Child of Vision" and "Lord is it Mine", "Sister Moonshine". Oh I may have forgotten the one or the other...

I would have wished he would have contributed a song to Rick, that would have been such a great sign. But, hey, that's just me.

It's always funny to see how the crowd has aged. Feeling a bit old really!

It was a great evening and I wouldn't have wanted to miss it for all the money in the world. Great songs, great voice, great band! Thanks Roger!!!

J'aurai aimé qu'il dédit une chanson à Rick, ce qui aurait été un si grand geste. Mais, bon, c'est moi ça.

C'est toujours drôle de voir comme le public est âgé. Je me sens vraiment un peu vieux.

C'était une grande soirée et je ne l'aurai pas raté pour tout l'or du monde. Grandes chansons, grande voix, grande troupe! Merci Roger!!!
